Return and Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise for most items except final sales and accessories.
- Online Store Credit Only
- You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orders
- Any other items marked as "Sale."
How do I return an item?
Returns are applicable for online store credit only on items that can be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied or have an issue with your order, please contact us via email at contact@mariatdesigns.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Start your return by sending an email at contact@mariatdesigns.com. Please make sure to include your full name, invoice number and item number you want to return.
- Indicate the reason for your return or exchange.
- After we've contacted you and approved your return or exchange, you can send us the merchandise via mail. Please make sure to include your full name, invoice number and item number you want to return.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
- Once the package is received and verified for condition, online store credit will be processed immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for your credit to be available online. Store credit can only be used online.
